How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. For larger furniture pieces, our specialist two-man delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient time slot.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that a collection fee may apply for large furniture items.
Do you offer assembly services for flat-pack items?
Currently, we do not offer an in-house assembly service. However, all our products come with comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware for self-assembly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay to help you spread the cost.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all daals products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty that covers structural defects and manufacturing faults to give you peace of mind.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link and unique reference number to monitor your delivery progress.
